Well, is the answer to that question is NO, then I strongly reommend rushing over there and doing it.
Personally I cannot wait to see the results.

How many of us fall below or above the average income bracket.
How many of us are in relationships?
Whats the average time length for our relationships?
Well dont you want to know that?
Is so...click on the link...rush over there and play your part in this ground breaking survey.
But...
Before you go...drop us a comment letting us know that you were here.
The ladies of Uzima Collective are always working extra hard to bring something new and innovative to the area. I cant say that its always easy...because its not. However after all of the blood, sweat, and tears...everything works out for the better.
Its because of people that believe in us, and that want something more than what they are being offered at this time that make EVERYTHING worth it.
LOL

Uzima Collective is the very first black lesbian organization to come to North Carolina and we are hoping that we arent the last. We cater exclusively to this creed of women because we understand that the things that we face are much different than our non-black counterparts.
We are mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, and the girls next door.
We are often second class citizens although we pay taxes just like anyone else. It is because of that and a variety of other reasons that Uzima Collective was born.
We plan to target those areas, hopefully to change the way that people see us and surely the way that we see ourselves.
So, overall "Womyn Voices" is a black lesbian blog, hosted by Uzima Collective.
You will be able to find interviews, events, news, pictures, and more ON THIS SITE :)
We invite you to stop back by as much as possible so that you can know whats going on with us and more importantly...whats going on in your community.
Its your voice, and the only way people can hear it...is if you speak up.
Also feel free to check out the toolbar that we have installed for your networking pleasure.
It should be at the bottom of the site...and by all means link with us on google friend connect which is over on your right. It keeps you connected with us...simply by signing in with your email :)
So once again,
Welcome....
